Polite personal, good views, prime location close to restaurants, Epic nightclub. Comfortable bedrooms and great pool. Exceptionally comfortable bed; best bathroom. Friendly reception. Really great experience there.
Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was low.

Regarding price, think it's great value for Phnom Penh. Hotel is reasonably clean with good service. Good food for the American breakfast. Lovely pool and sand beach.

I liked the hotel, it had fine views and location. The bonus was standard room decor and fabulous bar. The area was business. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from Sontepheap Garden. All in all a contemporary venue and pleasant stay.
